This company has been terrible for the entire time I've been working with them! It is impossible to get in touch with anybody, there is zero accountability, and no effort put forth to make things right. The culture seems to encourage employees doing the absolute bare minimum. If I had another option available, I would absolutely use a different company.

Disappointed with Customer Service I was initially contacted by a friendly representative who clearly explained the process and requirements. However, when I questioned the need for certain documents, she told me they were required by my insurance. I informed her that my insurance doesn't require them, but I would double-check and call back. When I called back, I spoke with a different representative named Karen. Unfortunately, my experience with her was very disappointing. She was rude and seemed irritated that I was well-informed about my insurance's requirements. I was simply asking why I needed to find a new doctor for my special needs son for a document that neither my doctor nor my insurance required. After a frustrating back-and-forth, she finally admitted that the document was actually required by their company, not the insurance—something that should have been transparent from the start. Her tone was condescending, and she even "tisked" her teeth and sighed in annoyance. She then began to speak over me, which I found completely unacceptable. I had to remind her of the importance of respectful and compassionate communication—especially when dealing with parents of children with medical needs. It’s not just about policy—it’s about people. I hope this company trains its staff to show more empathy and professionalism in the future. I gave the two stars for the two people i did speak to who were so kind and patient One being the first rep Hanna or Anna was her name and The kind Male Rep who came to my house to measure my little one

We bought a pacer for my daughter. The representative brought the wrong size. He was going to exchange it. This happened in July 2017, it is Dec 27, 2017, and we are still waiting for the item for my daughter. This is delaying her walking abilities and the rep. does not answer or return my messages. They should be shut down.

customer service is terrible. multiple calls for 1 knob replacement. waiting for over 2 months for the knob they delivered to the wrong address now expect me to go to the address that they decided to deliver to 2 weeks ago to see if the ppl have it or got rid of it. smh worst experience ever. Update...a year later they are still terrible. Every time you call customer service the women are rude and sound as though you are bothering them or if it’s your fault they work there. Don’t fall for the family and friends who post good reviews of this place. It’s not true. Multiple calls and you wait months for repairs or equipment. I implore you to use another wheelchair company. These ppl are miserable here and you are just another dollar sign to them. Notice how they only responded to the one fake good review and ignore the two negative ones.
