  I strongly advise others to avoid this location. On Saturday, March 7th, I came in as a walk-in for a test that must be completed before 10:00 AM. Due to my work schedule during the week, weekends are the only time I am able to get testing done. Unfortunately, there are never appointment times available before 11:00 AM, which is why I attempted to come in as a walk-in. The woman working at the front desk refused to give me her name and was immediately rude and dismissive. When I tried to calmly explain my situation, she spoke to me in a hostile tone and ultimately raised her voice at me in front of a room full of patients, which was extremely embarrassing and unprofessional. During this interaction, another employee named Joe began yelling from another room, which only escalated the situation further. Instead of trying to help or provide any solution, both employees acted in a way that was disrespectful, confrontational, and completely lacking in professionalism. Patients deserve to be treated with basic respect, dignity, and professionalism, especially in a healthcare environment. Instead, I was made to feel like a burden and was essentially publicly humiliated while simply trying to get a required medical test completed. The facility itself also appeared unclean and poorly maintained, which only added to the negative experience. Overall, the behavior of the staff on this day was unacceptable. Healthcare facilities should prioritize patient care and respectful communication, neither of which was demonstrated here. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.

  I have had two recent appointments. In both cases the experience was excellent. They seem very focused on effective customer service.

  If your Dr. emails them or fax’s them , their too lazy to look through the computer , so I had appointment several times my Dr emails them and they are TOO LAZY TO LOOK or help you they’ll let you sit in waiting room and won’t lift a finger to help you.. WORSE PLACE TO GO , Lab Corp right down the street is so much nicer and they are so helpful and accommodating. My Drs office sent several emails and fax , but they’ll say oh we don’t have it go out and call your Dr and leave you and not call you in . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Thank God for lab corp

  Efficient and easy check in. Clean and organized; very nice phlebotomist! Decorated for Valentine’s Day and looked comfortable.
