  Joining Alpha Fit has been a game changer. The workouts are never boring and push you in the best way possible, and I’ve seen noticeable progress way faster than I expected. The coaches are amazing—super knowledgeable and always encouraging. The space is clean, the vibe is great, and the community makes you want to keep coming back. So glad I joined!

  A great group fitness class that actually challenges you! I feel so much stronger and lift heavier. The facility is clean and the instructors/staff are so friendly and motivating. So glad I joined.

  Love it here! Having a busy work and family life left very little gas in the tank for self motivating to workout at the gym like I used to. This place has been the answer for me - varied workouts, total body emphasis, great staff and a motivating environment What really elevates this place are all of the coaches, each with their own vibe and style. Ive really enjoyed all of them but personally I've taken the vast majority of my classes with Andrea and Nikki who are AWESOME!! Both are truely genuine in their intent to get to know you, push you accordingly and keep things fun. Its a nice touch of individualization in a fast paced group setting and the community they build makes it easy to keep coming back week after week. Other than that, the place is clean, classes are easy to book, and they always seem to find ways to keep things fresh. Cant recommend enough !
