I purchased my last pair of eyeglasses at the Warby Parker Eyewear Center in Westfield, NJ almost four years a go and enjoyed the customer service provided. I had the same experience today. Ms. Palacios, the eye technician/associate was very courteous and professional.

I came in once to get glasses with a prescription from my regular eye doctor. It was for contact lenses and I thought I could use that to get glasses. I was advised to go back to the doctor and get a prescription for eyeglasses instead, which I did. The people in the Warby Parker were very nice and helpful. once I had the right prescription, the whole process only took about 10 minutes.

Love Warby Parker and the staff at this location is always so lovely. They're knowledgable and helpful, and even welcoming of my crazy kids, indulging them by letting them try on glasses they don't need (yet), and offering lollipops (with our permission of course). Highly recommend Warby in Westfield for your optical needs!
