Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness, designed to teach people to be balanced in body and empowered from within. When you work out with us, you’ll move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breath work. Barre3 instructors will challenge you to find your edge while creating space for you to define what success looks like for you in every workout.
I have been coming here for a month. It is a wonderful experience. The classes are fantastic and most importantly the instructors and Owner are wonderful. I just turned 65 and to be able to do this type of exercising is so healthy. Highly recommend

A home away from home for me and my kiddos and once that studio door closes for class, a true refuge for me. Barre3 is the best workout I have ever done...the perfect balance of big and small movement, always solid cardio & strength training, and the added bonus of mindfulness & breathwork to keep me grounded. Studio owner Lauren's warmth and enthusiasm are always welcoming. And as a mom of 3, I could not be more grateful for the built-in childcare and huge parking lot.
