While this was a fairly simple transaction the time to get my glasses was a bit long. What happened to the days of getting glasses in 2 hours? That aside my glasses finally came in (10 days). Fit well and looked great

The other night my glasses broke while I was at dinner and the store was very nice to fix them for free! They were in thr process of closing but I wouldnt have been able to drive home without them fixed so I truly appreciate it!

Fernando Suárez at LensCrafters was fantastic! He quickly and perfectly repaired my daughter’s glasses and made sure they fit just right. He also took time to look at my other daughter’s broken glasses and clearly explained how to find matching lenses and frames — incredibly helpful and kind. It’s rare to find someone so skilled, patient, and genuine. Highly recommend Fernando and this LensCrafters for anyone needing expert help with their eyewear!

We had a wonderful experience during our visit to the store, despite noticing a scratch on the glasses at the time of delivery. Fernando Suarez, the licensed optician who assisted us, addressed the concern with exceptional courtesy and professionalism. He confirmed that the scratch was indeed visible and promptly ordered a new pair of glasses with a fresh frame. His thoughtful attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly reflect the store’s dedication to great service.

The sales associate suggested buying on the day they have deals and submitting a claim through insurance afterward. She did not mention that it was either their deal or the insurance coverage. I spent time submitting claims, which were then denied. After that, I spent an hour calling my insurance. Next, I had to go back to the store to redo my purchase but go through insurance. It was a lot of back and forth for one purchase because the sales associate wanted to make one more sale, even if she was concealing the facts. I would never go back to LensCrafters again.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
