  Everyone, PLEASE MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. As a Standby, you will have to wait a very LONG TIME. Highly suggest, booking an appointment ahead of time. There is no receptionist, there is a small check in ipad machine in the corner. Pretty easy to use. If you don’t check in there, it will not show up that you are waiting for your assigned time slot. For the blood work, I advise using your less dominant hand. Remember you can’t eat at least 8 hours before the appointment. If you need a urine sample, be hydrated and ready. Nothing worse to waiting for the need to and adding time to you in the bathroom. I was in and out fast, highly recommend. Just make the appointment☀️☀️☀️ My appointment was for 7:30am***

  El servicio es terrible, el personal es muy lento, solo se escuchan conversando entre ellos y la sala de espera llena de personas. Que lamentable este servicio aquí.

  Norma was my phlebotomist and was fantastic. Everything took maybe 10-15minutes and didn't even notice the needle. Nice work Norma, thank you. The star deduction in this review is for the sorry state of the office, and if not for Norma there would be zero stars. The poor ladies working hard there have to deal with 1. no receptionist 2. overcrowding waiting room, 3. no signage to get you to the office, 4. dirty conditions. QUEST- sort your offices out, this is a medical facility not a Wendys.

  Was here yesterday 02/02/2026 at 8:30 am. Had to come for a urine test. The Spanish woman working there laughed at me due to my paperwork. I did have a hard copy of identification. She questioned who my nephew was since he is more darker than me. Made very racist comments in Spanish. I’m Hispanic and understand. She called him “el negrito” and said “queras pollo frito” (you want fried chicken). Very rude and mean. So unprofessional. You look like a sixty year old lady. Don’t you have any idea you are representing the company. How dare you old lady. Very mean Behita!!!
