YogaSix has been such an incredible part of my wellness journey! My balance, strength, and overall stability have improved so much since joining. The hot yoga classes are my absolute favorite — they make you sweat in the best way and are amazing for blood circulation and stress relief.
Every instructor brings such great energy, and the environment is always welcoming, motivating, and clean. I love that each class offers something different!
If you’re looking to feel stronger, more grounded, and leave each class feeling refreshed and accomplished — YogaSix is the place! Highly recommend! 🙌🧘♀️💙

I absolutely love this place! I’ve been coming here for over a year, and I’ve found instructors that I really connect with. The classes are amazing — I especially love Restore, Y6, Scott, and Flow.
You do have to be smart about how you manage your membership since it’s a contract, but that’s just part of being an adult. It’s important to understand how it works, be familiar with the studio’s policies, and know how to manage your schedule. This isn’t just a regular gym — it’s a yoga studio with its own structure and rhythm.
Overall, the experience has been fantastic. The classes are consistently great, and I also appreciate that they don’t overload the schedule with too many workshops. It keeps things focused on what matters most — great yoga and great teachers!

Honestly, the studio itself looks nice and is kept neat, but I wouldn’t go back. The instructors don’t teach as clearly as they should—especially for beginners (I’m not one, but I noticed several people struggling). It makes the classes feel disorganized. On top of that, the receptionist has been rude and overly pushy every time I’ve visited, including yesterday. I understand it’s an expensive location to maintain, but clients shouldn’t have to deal with such relentless upselling every time they come in. Makes us feel like cash pigs. I hoped it would get better since folks recommended it to me. This month it hasn’t unfortunately
Edit: this is confusing and insulting as a response to a client

This business is completely unprofessional and disorganized. The environment is full of unnecessary drama that spills over to customers personal issues between the owner and employees are brought into client interactions, which is extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable.
On top of that, they can’t even properly track their own point system. Even if there was confusion or an employee error, that’s not the customer’s fault, especially if the customer is a paying member.
The owner saying “It is what it is” especially If a service or benefit is promised as complimentary, it should be honored without question. That’s basic customer respect.
After this experience, I’m ending my membership and will not be returning. There are far better yoga studios in Hoboken where professionalism, respect, and organization actually matter.
PS. Don’t assume that this is my real name. I can attest 1100% I’m not related to any of your employees. I made an alias name to protect my identity. I am an honest customer and I’ll no longer be visiting this location anymore. Harassing customers and trying to research them over a review is crazy. Have a great day.

I originally left a positive review because my first impression of YogaSix was great — especially thanks to Vickiana at the front desk. She was incredibly professional, kind, and genuinely makes people feel welcome. You can tell clients love her — I’ve seen people stay after class just to chat with her or wait for her help with memberships. One of the teachers that I specifically loved was Nancy, she was wonderful and truly cares about her classes.
Unfortunately, everything outside of that has been disappointing. Memberships are poorly managed, and they don’t seem to honor what they promise. I was gifted credits by a friend, and even after bringing it up multiple times, there’s “no record” of them and still nothing added to my account. When I called to resolve it, the owner’s attitude, Ruben was unprofessional and condescending — he spoke to me like I was a problem rather than a paying customer. I’ve even overheard him speaking harshly to his staff about memberships and credits, which was uncomfortable to witness.
Kate and Briana front desk staff also make the environment feel cold and unwelcoming — no greeting, no check-in acknowledgment, just attitude. It’s really unfortunate because an instructor like Nancy creates a great class experience, but management completely ruins the overall atmosphere.
Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this studio anymore. The prices are high for what you get, and the energy feels more commercial than spiritual. If you want a yoga space that feels sacred, personal, and genuinely cares about its members, I’d suggest Leela Flow Studios in Union City instead — better quality, better pricing, and much better vibes.
EDIT reply to review:
I’m really disappointed to see this kind of response from the studio instead of accountability. My review reflects my own experience — not anyone else’s. Whether I know a former employee or not doesn’t change the fact that I personally dealt with unprofessional treatment, missing class credits, and poor communication from management.
To clarify: my credits were not extended. When I called about them, I was told nothing could be done. I even had credits disappear from my account without notice or acknowledgment. These are firsthand experiences, not assumptions.
It’s also telling that the studio’s response focuses on personal deflection rather than addressing the issues I raised. I’ve noticed similar replies under other reviews that appear copied or AI-generated, which says a lot about how feedback is handled. Genuine connection should extend beyond the yoga mat — and that authenticity is exactly what’s missing here.
I stand by my review because it’s based on how I was treated as a paying customer. I truly hope future members experience more transparency and respect than I did.
