  Booked a class through ClassPass to try a new instructor that I heard wonderful reviews on. My class was canceled with no explanation 1 day prior to the actual class via email. When I called to inquire, the owner/manager on the phone said he owed me nothing and that if I wanted to try, I had to buy another package. Word for word “We owe you nothing”. Not a great way to invite prospective customers. Incredibly rude customer service.

  My friend and I booked a 10:30 AM class through ClassPass two days in advance. We didn’t find out until we arrived at the studio that the class had been “cancelled” for ClassPass users and that we were expected to book directly with the studio instead. This update was sent at 2 AM — just eight hours before class — which is an unreasonable time to notify people of a change like this. IT IS ALMOST LIKE YOU WANTED US TO NOT REALIZE THAT THIS WAS "CANCELLED", SHOW UP, AND PAY FOR THE DROP IN! WOW. This is exactly what happened. As for the class itself (Y6 Sculpt & Flow), it was one of the most disorganized versions of this format I’ve ever taken. The cueing was unclear, movements were rushed, and transitions weren’t explained or demonstrated properly. I’ve taken sculpt and flow classes for years, including at other Yoga Six locations, and this one felt unusually chaotic and hard to follow. For context, I’ve been using ClassPass for about eight years across multiple cities and studios, and this was unfortunately one of the more bizarre experiences I’ve had.

  I was an unlimited member at YogaSix for over a year, and for most of that time my experience was very positive. The instructors are truly excellent — especially Carolina, Julia R., Julia F., and Aiko. They’re knowledgeable, motivating, and made classes something I genuinely looked forward to. The studio itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a boutique feel that sets it apart from larger chains. One downside for me was that the class schedule wasn’t consistent week to week, which made it difficult to build a reliable routine. Unfortunately, my experience also took a turn at the end due to a policy that was never clearly communicated when I joined. I was not told that having a YogaSix membership permanently prevents you from ever using ClassPass at the studio. That lack of transparency was disappointing, especially after being a loyal unlimited member for so long. Overall, the classes and instructors are great, but if you like to vary your workouts, rely on a consistent schedule, or use ClassPass alongside memberships, be aware of these limitations before signing

  Melody at the front desk is the sweetest! She always greets everyone with the biggest smile and such positive energy. Every time I come in, she makes the experience feel so warm and welcoming. YogaSix is lucky to have someone like her representing them!

  YogaSix has been such an incredible part of my wellness journey! My balance, strength, and overall stability have improved so much since joining. The hot yoga classes are my absolute favorite — they make you sweat in the best way and are amazing for blood circulation and stress relief. Every instructor brings such great energy, and the environment is always welcoming, motivating, and clean. I love that each class offers something different! If you’re looking to feel stronger, more grounded, and leave each class feeling refreshed and accomplished — YogaSix is the place! Highly recommend! 🙌🧘‍♀️💙
