  I had a great experience visiting this location. The space feels welcoming and well run, and the energy there is really positive. The team seems genuinely invested in their clients and creating a supportive family-like environment. I especially appreciated how much emphasis they put on controlled, intentional movement. It doesn’t feel like just another workout class. If you’re local and thinking about trying Pilates, this studio is absolutely worth checking out.

  I am a beginner to Pilates so I often ask questions and need a little more attention. I just took my second class with instructor Erica Sparaco and she was wonderful. Her attentiveness to the needs of each student, her generosity to stay after class to answer questions, her encouragement and her respectful attitude toward her students are all qualities to admire. Club Pilates in Caldwell is a great place to learn Pilates.
