  Everything was extremely nice. The receptionist was welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The office is very clean and welcoming. Effie is phenomenonal. These ladies are a true asset to your company.

  When I first went to Micro Instruments, I was a little concerned if I was going to get what I really needed. Effie and Terry put me at ease with their thorough explanation of how the technology has excelled in the areas of hearing aids. Effie was excellent in her testing and was very thorough. Her knowledge of the effects of hearing loss was above average. She was able to explain the hearing aids work and the benefits of having them. I bought a pair and since then I have been very happy of the results. Thank you Micro.
