I was ready to purchase a new pair of glasses, but was told I needed to provide a new prescription—even though they’ve accepted my existing one before. I understand policies can change, but as someone with a very busy work schedule, it’s difficult to find time to get a new eye exam right now. The lack of flexibility here ended up costing them a sale, as I chose to go with another company that could use my current prescription. Disappointing experience this time around, especially given how convenient things were before.
