  Worst location . Had appointment 8am now 9:18 still not called in terrible personal , no help just ignore your needs

  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The staff member assisting customers was extremely unprofessional and appeared to be disorganized and unsure of what she was doing. The overall service felt chaotic and poorly managed. The appointment system also does not seem to be followed properly. Even if you schedule an appointment, customers are still being called in based on a first-come, first-served approach. When I arrived, I waited for over an hour and a half. During that time, several people with appointments were taken ahead regardless of the order or time, even after we were told we would be next. If appointments are offered, the staff should follow a clear and consistent system so customers know what to expect and can plan their time accordingly. Sticking to one process—either appointments or first-come, first-served—would make the experience much more organized and fair for everyone.

  I can't believe you hire people that are soooooooooooo unprofessional, and talk to people any kind of way.... The lady that's doing blood work was very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! I'LL NEVER EVER USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN EVER, GLAD I DIDNT LET HER DRAW MY BLOOD......

  The technicians at the Parish Drive, Wayne NJ location are very friendly and proficient. I highly recommend this facility.
