- YNYour friendly neighborMar 17, 20261.0There’s a Lens Crafters in two different locations within Willowbrook Mall. This comment is specifically for the Lens Crafters inside of Macys on the second floor. First time going to this location to ask for measurements ONLY and it was the worst experience I’ve had. Rude and condescending exchange with the manager. He insinuated we wanted a formal eye exam which he then proceeded we’d need to consult with our insurance and neither myself or the person I was with during this visit politely stated we were inquiring about receiving such treatment. We simply asked for frame measurements which he eventually gave us but then added a note on how unusual it is to ask for such numbers. As he’s been working at this location for years and is an expert in his field, I understand he may have his own opinion but quite frankly we didn’t ask for it. Overall, I’m not coming back here. The quality of customer service isn’t worth it.
