  DO NOT SIGN UP HERE! GO TO ANOTHER GYM! THIS GYM IS FALLING APART. First week as a new member. $60 annual enhancement fee goes towards what exactly? Steam room isn’t working, machines are out of order, machines are filthy, mirrors and lockers are filthy, jacuzzi is closed, random cleaning equipment is in the way and a safety HAZARD. Very messy, very dirty and very unprofessional. Also, the selling point for me was the sauna. Why the hell isn’t it on at 1:30 AM? Nowhere does it say that it turns off at a certain time. This gym is a joke. I’ve worked in 5 different gyms myself. In operations and sales. I know exactly what to look for. This gym is not it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND UFC FIT. A message to the “owner”: I do not care about your copy and paste response. It’s not like you’re going to do anything about it anyway

  What a shame , No hot water in showers in this cold winter months. Steam room and Jacuzzi out of works for a long time. Management has no answer. Talked to front desk and responded we are looking for good handyman, and I said for last 2-3 months? Also asked for a manager but he said manager is busy. Why don't you close down or sell it another organization.

  Where do I begin? When I first signed up during the Black Friday promotion, it seemed promising — $1 to join and the first month free sounded like a great deal. Unfortunately, the experience quickly went downhill. One staff member was extremely unpleasant and dismissive from the start. When I asked for help using the compression massage, he was rude, unhelpful, and rolled his eyes when I asked which setting was for shoulders. He didn’t even bother to come over and assist, despite clearly not being busy. On top of that, the bathroom was disgusting, several machines were broken, and the sauna smelled terrible. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I’ve since canceled my membership and joined Jersey Barbell Gym, which has better equipment, a posing room, and a much more welcoming environment. In my opinion, you’re better off going somewhere you’ll actually be treated with respect. I work in customer service and this place is not it. I will say the one staff member Brian Is very nice and actually the only nice and welcoming staff member.

  Very disappointed in how this gym turned over over a few years completely disgusting, the saunas are dirty steam room closed down, jacuzzi closed for months, no hot water for months, equipment out of service, no paper towels in bathroom, it stinks in the locker room, showers have mold all over and sewage flies everywhere! Made few complaints with management and nothing was done even the employees complain and say how dirty it is!

  I could give zero stars, I would. This UFC location has been nothing but disappointment from day one. The place feels completely unorganized, the staff barely acknowledges you unless you hunt someone down, and the customer service may as well not exist. A lot of the equipment is either broken, dirty, or constantly unavailable because nobody seems to manage the floor properly. You also can’t cancel your membership over the phone — it has to be done in person or through certified mail, which makes everything way harder than it needs to be. Whenever you actually need help, the place feels like a ghost town. Communication is terrible, follow-through is worse, and somehow they make you feel like the inconvenience instead of a paying member. Now the biggest warning: read every single line of the contract yourself before signing anything. When I enrolled, the manager was not upfront or fully transparent about the terms. Later, when I tried to cancel, I found out I’d been signed into things I never wanted in the first place. I was told that upgrading to their highest membership would include unlimited free classes and one-on-one sessions — only to find out later that those classes come with extra charges. And when you bring it up, they either deny ever saying it or give you excuses that make it seem like you misunderstood. Overall: overpriced, poorly run, and absolutely not worth the frustration. I regret signing up, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
