- SRSarah RibeiroJul 2, 20252.0I'd say for my first Pilates experience, I was super disappointed in the uppity attitude of the manager (who blurted out my medical information in front of the whole studio), the telephone service that failed to work in my last month there, and overall, I just felt as if the actual workouts were not at all pushing me - I actually walked out of there many times feeling like all I did was stretch. I also paid $260 a month for these workouts, mind you. I will say that I am giving one star above the lowest rating for two reasons: I did enjoy taking classes with Joy (she was the only one who pushed you to engage in meaningful exercise like one would assume for Pilates) and I did like the change in structure due to the ownership shift. I think the owners did a great job in bringing customer satisfaction, such as having the Pilates instructors change our springs and install spring boards at the beginning of cardio classes - I think for women who pay such an absurd amount of money to attend these classes, this would be the logical approach to class as opposed to having them do the dirty work themselves. With this said, I would definitely tell (and have told) anyone thinking of joining this studio to think twice and to compare for price-friendly choices that will also ensure a better workout at the end of the day.

My wife who was 4 months pregnant saw incredible results in just a short period of time. The instructors even provided a modified workout plan for pregnant women to do during class. Thank you.
