  Truly Caring and Compassionate Service I can’t say enough good things about the Miracle-Ear of Watchung. Dorothy REALLY took care of my mother. We started out at another location but my mother suggested we go to a different location. When we came to the Watchung office, the difference was like night and day. Dorothy treated my mother with such kindness, patience, and genuine care. They took the time to listen, answer every question, and make sure her hearing aids were adjusted perfectly. Today, a mold of her ear was completed to create a custom fit to ensure comfort, better sound quality, and secure fit. Changing offices was the best for her and I can't thank this office enough. Thanks to Dorothy professionalism and compassion, my mother is happier and more confident. I’m truly grateful for the wonderful service and personal attention we received. This team goes above and beyond, and I highly recommend the Watchung office to anyone who wants quality hearing care for their loved ones.

  Miracle Ear is one of the best products on the market. What makes them exceptional is customer service. The advanced system of testing, regular scheduling for follow up appointments is the best. I found that problems or questions are handled that same day. The hearing aids are tailored specifically for the customer's needs. As the product continues to improve and customer's needs change the regular appointments keep the hearing aids giving the best available performance. All this quality, first class support comes with no additional cost !

  I recently was in my miracle office getting my quarterly check up and downloaded the new app that it’s available. Later on I went to listen to some music and the my hearing aids weren’t paired with my iPhone. I went back later that afternoon to try and solve the problem with the people there at miracle ear Watchung, New Jersey office spent considerable time trying to figure out what the issue was with my pairing my iPhone. They did manage to fix the problem which I was very grateful for. I have found the people in this office have been always very receptive to any issues I had with my new hearing aids

  I can't say enough good things about Dorothy and Amy at this location! Not only are they extremely kind, patient and knowledgeable, but they are also able to fix and adjust just about anything. I thought my hearing aid charger was inoperable, but Dorothy spotted a tiny piece of magnet stuck in the charging port and was able to remove it and re-set it. Amy spotted a potential problem and made great suggestions. *THIS* is why you go to Miracle Ear, and not buy cheap aids online. It's totally understandable to shop according to budget, but if you can make the investment, your experience with Miracle Ear will pay you back with the best customer service you've ever experienced - thank you, both!
