I had a great experience purchasing my eyeglasses at this store. The service was outstanding, and Frank went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely attentive to my needs. The entire process was smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend—especially if you get the chance to work with Frank!

scheduled an appointment for an eye exam so I could use my existing lenses and frames. I declined the additional retinal imaging, but was told it was required because LensCrafters is considered a specialist. I was not aware this was a mandatory policy, but I proceeded with the exam.
After receiving my prescription, I went to the sales associate to have my lenses placed in the frames I had brought with me. I was told my glasses would be ready within a week. When I returned after receiving a pickup text, I tried on the glasses and could not see clearly. I was informed I needed another eye exam and had to wait for a doctor to become available. During that second exam, the doctor confirmed that my first prescription was incorrect.
I was then advised to return again the following week to pick up the corrected glasses. During that visit, I also purchased an additional pair to avoid wasting the trip. After receiving another text stating my glasses were ready, I came back for a third visit, only to find that only one pair was completed. When I asked about the second pair, I was told it wasn’t ready and that I would receive another notification.
Given the repeated inconvenience and multiple visits, I chose to cancel the second pair entirely. Based on my experience, I will not be recommending this location—or the company—to others.

Best customer service from beginning. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable doctors and above all ready to go out of the way to make customer feel comfortable and reasonable prices. Fatima is the one who helped us last minute on last day of 2025. Had same experience earlier with this business. Thank you. Highly recommended for all eyes and glasses related matters.

The gentlemen that fits you for your glasses and takes the script he is a excellent worker and he is very patient kind. His name is Earl. The only issue is he is the only one who does that job and you have to wait in line. Until he finishes with the next customer. He needs some help. You can not be in any rush because you don't know when you are going to get out.
The other issue is the phone service if you press 1 they always answer. (thast is option 2) They transfer you If you need help with your glasses or have questrions you will 9 time out of 10 go to voice mail. Thier voice mail says we will call you back within 24 or 72 hours.
If you have questions about your eyeglasses and can't see why do you have to wait that long to speak to a person?
If you have nothing to do that day to wait or want to get a phone call sent to voice mail this is the place.

This spot is horrible, almost every time I go there is always some issue with pricing or customer service. The lady at the front told me nobody can adjust my glasses meanwhile the person being helped was adjusting his glasses. She got caught lying to my face I’m surprised she still has a job. Last time I’m coming here.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
