We needed help getting her to and from the doctor’s office and help getting her dressed, showered, etc. We tried numerous agencies in Ocean County, NJ but the aides Were very unreliable, showing up late or sometimes not at all. When they did show up, they were on the phone half the time, didn't clean my mom well and really seemed to be there just for the money. On top of that, the agencies always sent different people, which confused my mom. Then we tried Home Instead Senior Care in Waretown, NJ. The aides were always on time, did a great job and truly cared for my mom’s well being. Plus, they were very consistent with who they sent to our house which really helped my mom and her dementia. The office staff and owner were wonderful addressing our needs and were always a pleasure to talk to. Everyone we have dealt with really seem to care about my mom and also the rest of our family. I highly recommend Home Instead Senior Care in Waretown, NJ.
