  I needed someone to stay with my elderly aunt 24/7 for a couple of weeks due to frequent falls after a recent hospitalization. Davina understood our situation and on short notice was able to provide staff around the clock. My aunt was very resistant to this idea and didn’t want them there watching over her in the beginning. The ladies who came to assist her were so nice and helpful that my aunt grew to love them. And now that the two weeks are over she truly misses them! Davina at Home Instead came through when we needed help and everyone she sent was caring and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend Home Instead. All of the above still stands, but I took away two stars because of deceptive billing. If you deal with this company be sure to read the contract carefully and be sure you have double the amount in your bank account so you don’t have an issue of being overdrawn like we did. It’s too complicated to go into detail, but trust me that you can’t take anything for granted. In addition, they seem to be short staffed and will bill you for overtime hours because they overwork their staff, which should be their problem, not their clients.

  We were very pleased with the responsiveness and teamwork by the staff at Home Instead. My family member had a full-time 24 hour live -in aide. Everyone at Home Instead bent-over backwards to help our family and respond to our needs. We highly recommend this home health company.

  We've been using Home Instead for the past 9 months. We originally contracted with Lauren for a few hours a day, in the afternoons, then as our needs grew Anne came on board to help out in the mornings. They have both been very helpful and caring. Both women have gone above and beyond what we expected. Home Instead has been very responsive to our needs and concerns. I would recommend them for anyone's home care needs.

  My experience with Home Instead has been wonderful! Everyone in the office is so helpful and attentive and have gone out of there way to provide the amount of care that my aunt needs. We needed multiple caregivers for my aunt because she needs around the clock care and they all have been incredibly kind, caring and professional. Thank you to everyone at Home Instead of Waretown!

  We had a great experience with Home Instead. The office personnel were friendly, attentive and returned phone calls promptly. All of the Caregivers were extremely polite and attentive to the needs of my Mom, which were extensive. I would definitely recommend this organization for anyone in need of Home Care services. Please remember that some Caregivers schedules are already filled so finding the exact hours you may need may not come immediately but I found that all In Home Care Agencies had the same challenges. Within a week, the office had found more Caregivers to provide and all went extremely well. Thank-you again to all at Home Instead for helping my Mom through these very difficult times. She is now at Peace.
