  First time at SDG .Office staff very pleasant. Dr. Joe explained every detail I asked him about TMG. Very knowledgeable. His assistant Joe very nice and pleasant. The office is beautiful and clean!

  All the employees and the dentist I interacted with at STAFFORDSHIRE DENTAL GROUP were true professionals. The courtesy was amazing. SDG is highly recommended.

  Staffordshire Dental Group is the best!! Their hours are great and accommodates people with busy schedules. Lauren is just incredible!! She’s polite and keeps you informed about costs, dates and plans after seeing the dentist. She’s just awesome!! Techs like Donna are very polite and very knowledgeable about the field. She’s great! Dr Russ is absolutely Fantastic!! She takes the time to explain everything which makes it easy to make a decision on what to do. Her plans for treatment are simple, clear and concise which make it easy to schedule appointments. Dr Russ is amazing!!

  This is my 2nd review follow up review and the office was great and I gave them 5 stars for both my emergency visits I was even treated for the dry socket and when I got home and was still partially numb I figured I would try to go to sleep early just in case when the numbness wore off the pain returned like before which as I warned everyone to follow those instructions because the pain from the dry socket was so much worse then even the origanal tooth pain which I didnt think was possible but it is VERY true the pains up there with kidney stones or labor pains during childbirth which unfortunately ive dealt with both and now dry socket as well and even with the dentist treating it once the numbness was gone the pain was back so despite the ibrophine n the advil mix of tylonal n ibprofin the pain is still there n unbareable but my own fault so the only one star is more for me judging how bad dry socket feels rather then the office which is always been 5 stars so far they always did their best with everything about the staff, office, etc, and saw me quickly and were so kind n attentive so as the patient had i not gotten dry socket I would have no pain right now instead of the extreme pain im in due to my own doing so now I have to deal with this pain hopefully not for too long because its so painful n im so mad at myself right now! But im still going to follow all the instructions like i should have already n hopefully this pain wont continue for too much longer…. 🥺😥😭🤦‍♀️🙏🤞😓…. So take it from me dont make the same mistake as I did because this is torture n nothing u can do to help it heal faster or lesson the pain in the meantime.

  i was in so much pain and wasnt able to sleep and started calling the lists of dentists from my insurance saturday morning and thank goodness was able to go to thid office not only as a emergency appointment but also a new patient. I was so thamkful. Just adding to my original review because after waking from a nap I was in so much pain even worse then it was before the tooth was extracted so I can only guess its dry socket and please take the instructions very seriously and follow them all because this pain is a whole other level and from what the on call dentist said other then ibprofin there isnt much they can do for it which I can tell you is devastating Im so mad at myself and the pain is beyond unbareable. The office did call me this morning and offered to squeeze me in with a dentist today which is so great of them and Im trying to find a ride snd sitter but with two toddlers with autism its not too easy so i am just going to keep trying and pray that there is something they can do to lesson this pain… well once again they got me in and it was dry socket so the dentist worked on it packed it to close where the bone was open I guess But its numb and compared to the pain its a blessing but I will definatly b very careful to follow the directions completely and hopefully now that the numbings started to go away i took the ibprofin hoping that the dry socket pain wont return. So grateful once again that they sere fast at responding snd getting me seen and treated! Thank You Again!!!
