  Scheduled 10:30 AM appointment. I checked in properly and waited over 30 minutes with no communication. I was the only patient in the lobby and was not seen until I had to walk back myself to ask what was going on. While I was waiting, a walk-in patient bypassed the check-in system entirely and was taken back, while I remained unattended. During this time, staff appeared more focused on personal conversations—specifically discussing snow and plans to call out on Monday—than monitoring the lobby. No apology was offered, and the interaction suggested the delay was somehow my fault. This was not a volume issue; it was a lack of attention, communication, and basic customer service. I will choose another provider going forward.

  I actually was called a few minutes earlier than my appointment. Tech was friendly and what I like most, just a little pinch.
