  Dr. Starr is always pleasant, thorough and very kind. He takes his time with his patients and makes you feel like you matter. The office staff is always professional.

  Made an appointment for routine eye exam explained to them that I would be on lunch break when making the appointment... the receptionist stated that would be plenty of time !!! I get there and dr Starr ask me to step into another room while he takes another patient before me !!!! I told him no I couldn't because I had to get back to work !!!!! He asked me to reschedule after I drove there on my lunch break for him to accommodate another patient who appointment time was after my scheduled time !!!!!!!!!!

  My first visit to Starr and Lench far exceeded my expectations. When I called to make an appointment I expected to have a wait of at least several weeks but, because they have extensive office hours, I was able to get an appointment with in 2 weeks. The staff was warm and welcoming, there was no wait - I was taken back as soon as I finished filling out the new patient paperwork 5 minutes before my appointment. The exam was conducted in a friendly, professional manner and both Dr. Starr and his assistant thoroughly explained the results of each test and how each would be treated or watched. I would definitely recommend Starr and Lench to family and friends.

  Have been with Dr. Lench for more years than I care to admit. She is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She really spends time with her patients, and is great at answering questions and offering explanations!
