So I should get this every single time. Yet I don't. This time I decided to call the dreadful web helpline. It's been a month now and they still haven't fixed it at all. This is unacceptable customer service. I got 5 prescriptions I should get the coupon. Period. I provided all my information on the refills I had delivered. So they should've already had the information. If I don't get it within one week, I'll be calling the Better Business Bureau and changing pharmacies. Btw if I could make a review with zero stars...that's what it would be.

His prescriptions and refills were NEVER ready even when I would call 10 days ahead of time they never had them ready. He transferred his prescriptions to Acme pharmacy and we never had a problem after that. If I got over the counter medications for either of us they were quick to puck up potential problems due to drug interactions for us. I love the staff there and can't say enough about them or the AMAZING job they do. Whatever they're getting paid it is not enough.
