  Extremely poor experience at Dental Care of Millville and Vineland. Communication is unacceptable. Phones are not answered and messages are not returned. I spent months trying to get answers and resolve a billing issue that should have been handled promptly, and was repeatedly told no one was available to assist with payments. The treatment plan and services were not clearly explained up front. Procedures, reasoning, and total costs were not fully discussed before charges were processed. Payments were processed before treatment was even completed, resulting in approximately $1,400 in excess charges. For over two months, I was given the runaround and repeatedly told that the only person who could fix the issue was on vacation. I contacted Dental Care of Vineland and they also refused to help, stating they could not access Millville’s system. I was simply told to keep calling back. This level of poor communication, lack of transparency, and billing practices is unacceptable. Patients should not have to chase down refunds or waste this much time trying to correct overcharges. Due to the seriousness of these issues, I have reported this matter to my dental insurance and consumer affairs for further review and am exploring my legal options. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this office or their other locations.

  When they confirmed my insurance for the second time. I was told I had to pay cash. Not very happy with them.

  Dental Care of Vineland on 1500 Lincoln Ave is terrible. They rip people off. They have a crooked way off keeping your deposit even after the insurance pays. I paid ten 1531.00 for two root canals. As it turned out I only need one tooth done. My insurance which is a provider paid. Between me and my insurance company. They got 1,902 for one tooth. Every time I called dental care I got a different answer why I’m not entitled to a refund. Finally after 5 phone calls I finally got a little over 500 back. In addition I was charged 370 for a tooth being pulled that never happened. Said tooth is still in my mouth. When my insurance company Called Dental Care they said they are working on it and I have to quit calling them. Stay away from Dental Care unless you don’t care about your money

  The Vineland location is constantly booked and does little to nothing to help accommodate patients rescheduling needs. They will add you to a supposed “list” but really never call about an opening. As someone with a rotating schedule I don’t always know my schedule for the next six months and since their stand by list is nonexistent, rescheduling is months out. Even though they will blow up my phone with automated texts that claim they have open appointments. What they don’t share is that those appointments are for specific services. Even when I try to ask if they have a better waiting list options, the staff is dismissive and will just tell you the next opening. I even told the staff member that I will likely have to change that new appointment (which was originally for November 2025 and now not until February 2026), rather than apologizing for the inconvenience she was just repetitive about the February appointment, as she had no other option.
