StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Verona offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

It’s a great product I think, especially for people in their 40s and 50s who know they need to stretch but don’t. And the stretch coaches are all really good (some are fantastic even). It’s worth checking out and this is a good location for it
- NRNatalia RangelNov 17, 20251.0Just an FYI - if you join, DO NOT sign the “3 month contract.” I had a great initial experience at this studio, but after an injury and moving 30+ minutes away from the studio I unfortunately needed to cancel my membership. Now they tell me I have to continue to make the very expensive payments that I have left before I can cancel my membership. Despite repeating over and over again that I have moved and cannot attend this location anymore. I “froze” my account months ago and the manager was able to “do me a solid” by freezing it only days before the payment date so they CLEARLY have more control than they say they do.

I came in hoping to improve my flexibility and range of motion, and Vickie has been absolutely amazing. She's not only skilled and knowledgeable at what she does, but she also genuinely listens to how my body feels and adjusts our sessions accordingly. Her advice on stretches to do between appointments has been incredibly helpful also. If you're looking for someone who truly cares and knows her craft, I absolutely would recommend Vickie to all!
