The entire team is absolutely amazing I will never find a gym like AKT again ....... Corporate ruins another busy I guess I hope all the ladies at AKT know how amazing they all are and how comfortable they have made it for many women to workout and learn ... Absolutely amazing team they will be greatly missed..... They made you feel welcomed and gave you goals that you could make and made it fun

First, the AKT Verona studio is beautiful and the owner and trainers facilitate a great variety of uninterrupted workouts that are energizing and transforming, both emotionally and soulfully- physical changes closely follow. The variety of classes and available slot times offer something for all. You are offered modifications or can turn up the heat when you are able! Totally a place that keeps you consistent and invested in yourself!
