  When AKT arrived to this side of the bridge a year and half ago, I was elated! First, the AKT Verona studio is beautiful and the owner and trainers facilitate a great variety of uninterrupted workouts that are energizing and transforming, both emotionally and soulfully- physical changes closely follow. The variety of classes and available slot times offer something for all. You are offered modifications or can turn up the heat when you are able! Totally a place that keeps you consistent and invested in yourself!

  I love this fitness studio. The workouts are fun and the space is clean and not intimidating at all. You can adjust the workouts to your level, it’s dark and cool in the room and you work up a sweat. Highly recommend for a fun workout class!
