- BPBrandon Prosser3 days ago5.0I want to thank Eric who is a amazing pharmacist which is hard to find.I recently had a bad experience with a change of brand on my medication and the whole time he was trying to help order what I’ve been on but my point is it goes a long way there not to many good people out there that care or would go that extra mile for somebody and I wish this could of been my pharmacy.
- HBHolly BallSep 23, 20241.0I used their delivery service. I got a call from my delivery driver. He was saying something but I couldn’t understand. I thought it was a bad connection. Finally he says “no English “. What? How am I supposed to help find my apartment ? Finally some random guy in the parking lot shows him where I live. Delivery guy has piled my 12 pack of soda on top of LETTUCE and produce which is now crushed and bruised. Acme was difficult to contact. When I finally did get a person they offered me a refund in 5-7 days. No help on redelivery. They kindly offered the option to reorder. What if I don’t have money for another grocery delivery for 5-7 days. Absolutely terrible service. I spent over 30 minutes dealing with this. I might as well have gone myself instead of paying them to deliver.
