  I had an appointment and there was no waiting. The lady in room 2 was exceptional! I believe her name is Miss Wendy. Each time I arrive at the Union Quest, Miss Wendy is my nurse. She has a welcoming room, and her pleasantness makes you feel comfortable right away. There is a strong presence of peace in room 2. Her technical precision was excellent. You could not feel the needle enter or exit your arm. She made sure my name was correct before she labeled the blood vials. When she removed the needle and placed cotton on the puncture, the blood kept flowing. She responded empathetically, put pressure on the area, and the flow stopped.

  The entire office is shoddy and bathroom is in disrepair, dirty with no hand towels or waste paper basket If this is because of drug testing than another bathroom is needed to accommodate as well as sterile appearing office Very unhappy. One star because I had to in order to post.

  Awesome people with great service. This is surprising that I didnt feel the needle this time around, when the specialist used a butterfly needle. It was effortless on her side as she was younger and very energetic. The results came the very next day. The parking is public, metered, abs it took me a little time to figure out that I must remember my parking spot number to enter in the meter to validate the parking, Although the meter have me a ticket without everything any parking spot number. I hope I didn't get a ticket. Quest on the other hand has many personnel to draw blood so the wait was only a few minutes long.
