Why is the gym not cleaned at night or two hours before opening to give the floors time to dry? Staff mopping and vacuuming around people is rude and disrespectful. Make it make since. Then when you ask the front desk why is there mopping and vacuuming while people are trying to workout the response is "it's the schedule time". I don't mind that you're cleaning the gym, it needs to be cleaned during closing hours not while people are trying to workout, it's rude.

Reported to corporate and will continue to share the experience here and especially by this atrocious young back girl with short hair worker. She is a repulsive representative of this gym and has shown that customer service is not her strong suit. She canceled my membership without my knowledge saying I had two other accounts I can’t come to the union gym when I go to the other location I never had problems like the planet fitness union this lil girl got to go
