The studio is always clean and friendly. I’ve taken classes with Alex, Jen, and Paige, and have enjoyed them all!

The management of this studio is appalling and that is being generous. The way Jaqueline (general manager) speaks to clients is demeaning and off putting. When I asked to speak to an owner regarding an issue I was told the owner doesn’t speak to clients. I’ve had an unlimited membership to this studio for a year, and recently canceled SOLELY because of her. Club Pilates was a place I really looked forward to going to. I care very much about my physical and mental well being, and I thought this studio was my little sanctuary that took care of both for me. In fact that is exactly what the instructors promote in our practice. The fact that the general manager Jaqueline can get away with speaking to clients the way she does is gross and unacceptable. I hope this owner isn’t aware of or condoning Jaqueline’s awful customer service. Gloria F
