- RLraiya lucasJan 5, 20261.0It’s a shame that the unprofessionalism and lack of customer service from management has ruined my experience with club Pilates of Union!!! They are money hungry and do not actually care about their customers!! I signed up for a 3 month membership back in September.. I was told if I wanted to cancel I had to email the general manager a month in advance, so I did and stated I DONT WANT TO CONTINUE AFTER MY 3 MONTH MEMBERSHIP AND TO LET DECEMBER BE MY LAST MONTH. The manager said okay and that December 28th would be my last billing cycle .. a few days later I looked at my contract and realized my membership ends in November!!! I then reached back out to the manager and asked why would my cycle in December when the contact says November she then responded and said because my original email I stated December to be the last month , I then explain to her that I thought December was the last month not November so please let November be the last month she said she cannot change it because I said December which is insane because the first thing I said was I want to cancel once my 3 month ends!!!! Great customer service would have been to inform Me my membership ends in November not December and clarify if I wanted to do a one month to month after that, but instead it was more convenient for her to allow me to think it ends in December and make me pay another month! Even after I expressing December was a mistake she began typing in bold as if I was incompetent and said November still stands & informed me it would get sent to collections if i don’t pay 😂😂😂

Paige was a great instructor and made sure we had proper form to ensure safety and effectiveness according to each individual. Rise at the front desk was very friendly which added to my good experience.
