  Gave the incorrect prescription for my child and would not re-examine to give the correct prescription. They actually argued with me that is was correct disregarding the fact my childs vision was blurry. Had to go elsewhere to get the correct presc.

  Both my wife and I have been in the care of Dr Lench for close to 30 years. We know that our eyes are in good care. Between getting a good exam and the correct prescription we have been referred to specialists and quality facilities for lazer surgery. Back in 2015, Dr Lench pointed out a scar under one of my eyes and said that it might be Basil Cell Carcinoma. I went to a dermatologist and had it biopsied. Sure enough, it was basil cell carcinoma. It was removed along with another site on my head. I believe that Dr Lench may have saved my life!

  I have been a patient of Dr. Lench for a very long time, and all I can say is that she is a magnificent doctor who will do whatever she can to help you when there is a problem! In 2016, I started losing sight in my left eye to the point I would have to close the eye completely to read. I didn't think anything was wrong; however, after going thru this process for about 3 months, I decided it was time to see Dr. Lench. After extensive testing, I was told that I had a large hole in my Macula (sp?), and if I didn't have surgery asap, I would go completely blind. Within 1 week, I was at a Ophthalmology surgeon and had surgery that same week. I thank Dr. Lench for saving my sight and my life....because had I gone blind, I don't know what my life would have been like!!!!! I still see Dr. Lench every 6 months/year to check on this problem (and other sight matters) to make sure everything is still OK. As for the staff, I have never had a problem with any of them. Patients have to understand that the staff has bad days too!! And..I have to say that working with the public is not easy!! I tried it once....it didn't work for me!!

  I have been coming here for years. The staff here is warm and friendly. They are all very knowledgeable and professional. Dr Lench gives me a very thorough eye exam, and takes special care on my one eye that I have barley any vision out of since birth. Becky is the best at helping you pick out the right pair of glasses . Wonderful place.
