- KPKathryn PuleoFeb 21, 20265.0I purchased a new set of eyeglasses in Florida and then moved here to NJ. I had a problem with the fitting and Sterling Optical was able to help me twice!!! At no charge to me!! The second time, Zoe spent a considerable amount of time helping to adjust a frame that appears to have defects as the underlying problem. Renee also got involved and they adjusted and worked with me tirelessly. Their devotion to their craft is evident. Their love for their customers (or future customers) is OUTSTANDING!!! I will be a customer for life at this Sterling Optical. And I most HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
- MGMokeva GreenFeb 18, 20261.0Dropped frames off Jan 15th and still dont have my glasses. Called 2 wks ago and was told they would be done in a couple days . Called again today and still not done ! Never again 😒. I really liked the doctor.

You are the only place left that I can get my prescription at, and your service has been sub-par in recent years, not much you can do when it's a completely different set of staff every time I'm in.
