They told me on WEDNESDAY, "Oh, their working on them NOW..." REALLY???? THEN HOW COME IT IS SATURDAY AND MY GLASSES ARE SITTING IN THE BACK STILL UNFINISHED, AND EVERYONE IS SITTING IN HERE ON THEIR PHONES & COMPUTERS TALKING ABOUT THE WEATHER??? IT'S NOT THAT I DON'T LIKE MY GLASSES BUT LET'S GET REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SAYS YOUR GLASSES WILL BE DONE TUESDAY OR WEDNESDAY AND THEY'RE NOT. BACK TO ME TO GIVE THEM PEOPLE ARE NICE THEY SHOULD HAVE A 5-STAR RATING FOR BEING GOOD ICE PERSONALITIES YES BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT GIVING UP THE GOODS AT THE TIME AND DATE THAT THEY SAY THAT THEY WOULD GIVE US NUMBER THREE STAR RATING SORRY GUYS GOT TO TELL THE TRUTH BUT I DO LIKE MY GLASSES US FAR I DO FEEL THE DIFFERENCE AND I'LL PROBABLY HAVE A MIGRAINE FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I GET USED TO A NEW PAIR OF GLASSES BUT OVERALL I AM SATISFIED WITH MY GLASSES THIS FAR. He is very engaging, attentive, and thoughtful, taking plenty of time to answer my questions and discuss options. He is unlike other doctors I have visited who have only been concerned with providing the correct prescription - instead, Dr. Spivack attends to my actual visual health. I'd recommend him to anyone!
