  Quest in Ewing is a ver clean and sanitized place. The staff is very knowledgeable, and polite. Excellent customer service, and the staff is friendly.

  Woman was on the phone while 5 people were in the office She tried to draw blood three times and acted like she could care less it did not work

  “Emergency meetings” to discuss business operations should only be scheduled when there are no clients, either before or after business hours or during lunch when the office is closed. The supervisor of these lovely, friendly, apologetic, professional women at the Parkway office in Ewing, NJ has no consideration for scheduled clients. The matter being discussed could and should have waited. Having me wait fifteen minutes was unprofessional on the supervisor’s part was not in this building but was conducting the meeting virtually/by phone. Consequently, I was late for another appointment. Of course, no one but the techs at this office and their clients care about what occurred.

  If you have small veins do not go here. I was poked a total of 5 times in 3 places. She had to get the other girl to help. When I was done the arm with the "deep vein" she got 2 tubes from then said it's coming out too slow, i told her it was really hurting. That arm is so sore I could barely move. Blood was ultimately drawn from my wrist by the second girl. I asked her to write up an incident report which was not correct, she blamed the girl that came to help. When I asked for a copy of the report she said she couldn't give it to me. No telling of it was ever filed and she would not give me the number to the manager she claims to have called. I wouldn't recommend going here.
