  I made an appointment through Zocdoc around 12/10 and clearly selected dry eye as the reason for my visit. I have been experiencing severe tearing and discomfort every day and wasn’t sure exactly what was going on, which is why I scheduled the appointment. From the moment I arrived, I informed everyone I interacted with that I was there because of ongoing dry eye issues. However, when I finally saw the doctor, I was told that the appointment was only for a contact lens exam and not for dry eye treatment. I was not treated for my actual concern. At the time, I was unemployed and paid for the visit out of pocket. It was financially very difficult for me. After paying for an exam that did not address my condition, I was told to come back for a separate dry eye appointment. Unfortunately, I had already spent all the money I had on that first visit and could not afford to go elsewhere or return. I am still suffering, and today my eye pain is severe. I feel disappointed because I clearly communicated my reason for the visit, yet I was not helped. Patients should not have to pay for an appointment that does not address the medical issue they scheduled it for. I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.

  I am writing to share my recent experience this location. When I entered, there was one customer being assisted and three employees present. Despite waiting in the store for at least ten minutes, the one employee who acknowledged us told us sales was not her department and we would have to wait for someone else, in which they did tell the other two employees we were waiting who never came over. I do understand being in the middle of an assignment but good customer service still greets the customer who is waiting and lets them know they will be with them shortly. Unfortunately, due to the lack of customer service during our visit, we left without making a purchase. It was disappointing, as we had every intention of becoming loyal customers. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to ensure future guests receive prompt and attentive service.

  Deya went above and beyond during my appointment at Pearl Vision. She took the time to help me pick out the perfect frames and made the insurance process easy to understand and stress-free. Throughout the entire appointment, she was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. Deya truly has amazing customer service skills and was able to multitask effortlessly while still making me feel like a priority. She is a great asset to the Pearl Vision team, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
