During scheduling, our insurance information and all required details were provided. During the visit last week, we already experienced communication issues due to fees and procedures not being clearly explained. Unfortunately, what happened today felt like a continuation of that same problem. When we arrived for our appointment today, we were told that our insurance was not accepted. Instead of the situation being handled calmly and in a solution-oriented manner, the interaction quickly turned into an unnecessary argument. The core issue was not the insurance question itself, but rather the lack of empathy, poor communication, and absence of a customer-focused, problem-solving approach at the front desk. In a healthcare setting, trust and clear communication are just as important as the medical service itself. Unfortunately, our experience here fell short in those areas. For these reasons, we do not recommend this place to anyone.
