He is very reassuring and he has a good sense of humor! I highly recommend his expertise and knowledge. The office was very well organized and everyone was friendly and personable. I highly recommend Pearle Vision and Dr. Cohn. 😊

- BPBriana Vannozzi PecoraOct 25, 20251.0Had a truly horrific experience at this location. The front office staff were lovely, but Dr. Cohn was unprofessional, inappropriate, entitled and rude. After telling me I looked good for my age (I’m 39) he told me not to expect it to last because my body and vision would all come crashing down from here. Well OK then. He then asked me if I spoke Spanish because I “looked like it.” What does that even mean?? I do not, for the record. Meanwhile my nearly 4-year-old son was accompanying me and (quite honestly) shocked even me with his patience and calm manner sitting quietly while Dr. Cohn bragged for 10 minutes straight about owning franchises and coming out of retirement to help even though he doesn’t need the money. He should have stayed in retirement. My son was holding a pen and piece of paper to scribble on and keep himself busy while seated quietly in a chair across the room. When he clicked the pen open Dr. Cohn snapped at him and told me he couldn’t do an exam if the pen continued to make that noise. Um. What? That was strike two. Then my son thought the exam was done and stood up and Dr. Cohn turned around again and berated him for standing (how dare a 3 yr. old after 45 minutes?!) and that he “broke his promise” to sit and “not move.” That was the last straw for me. I asked if there was a no kids policy and if there was they should make it clear. Not to mention that my son’s behavior was outstanding and would have been for a child twice his age. I will spread the word far and wide. Tell this dinosaur to crawl in a cave.
