Going to Pearle wa a the best decision I made. The whole experience was the complete opposite. They were attentive to my questions. My eye exam was more thorough than its been in years and the dr at Pearle actually cared enough to listen when I talked about issues that concern me. He went above and beyond. The eyeglass side was just as good. Instead of juat randomly walking around the store looking for frames I had someone with me to offer options etc. Then the whole checkout process was easy!!! So happy I made the decision to switch.
