Finding the right lenses for me is nice and easy at Pearl Vision. Great choices and the young man who took care of me is the best. Never need to try on more than three or four. That is amazing!!!

I know this is an eye glass store, but I had to write a review. I don't normally do this, but WOW!!! They were so good here. From the moment I checked in until I left they were all not only very professional, but made my experience fun. Cristal was the tech who was helping me until I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. D. He was a Dr. I wouldn't mind hanging out with, never mind getting my eyes taken care of. Then when I was checking out Tina was bright and personable. Every single person there made my experience worth taking the time to write about. I highly recommend coming here if you need an eye exam or anything else related to your eyes! Thankfully I didn't need glasses, but I will be back for my next exam. I'll see you all next year!!!!

Terrible front desk service. When I called to make appointment I was told my with my insurance I would be charged $10 copay. When I actually went in they charged me much more for not explaining what type of testing my son was getting.eNever going back there again. Such a scam

So im not really sure what the last review is about, I find the staff extremely pleasant and efficient. The doctor found issues with my last prescription and fixed it. Everyone else did everything they could to accommodate me and make sure I was good to go, especiallythe manager. I highly recommend this office BECAUSE of the staff.

I am not writing a review about the Drs at Pearle vision in Toms River. They both have been great in previous appointments. My complaint is against the store manager. She showed little restraint, and absolutely no understanding of a past receipt which really was of a no bearing on why we were there yesterday, but she made it into something with her attitude and lack of knowledge of what was going on. She overreacted and when I asked her to lower her voice, she responded no and that she would talk as loud as she wanted. In my opinion, it shows a lack of maturity of having an inability to admit that she had made a mistake when she read the receipt and to move forward. Maybe she enjoyed having an audience. Someone who is in customer service, especially who is the store manager regardless of where the situation was leading should’ve been able to de-escalate the situation instead of escalating it over something that she, as the store manager, should’ve understood, but unfortunately she could not understand and because she was called on that she reacted in the most unprofessional way that I have ever seen or witnessed in customer service. I know that my husband, myself and my son will never return to that Pearle vision in Toms River and I realize we are only three customers but we probably have spent over $1000 in glasses and eye exams and if this store manager continues to treat people in the manner she treated us I am sure that this store will lose many more customers. I’m sure that this means very little to anyone except to me, but I want to make sure that everyone is aware that any store manager who would yell at customer, refusing to lower their voice, snicker and make all kind of comments and answer with the words like Yup and and having other customer service representatives in that store snickering with her is just unprofessional. I’ll get over it. There are plenty of eye doctors in the Brick area that I can use. Sorry that the two Doctors have to lose good patients and customers for their store but maybe in the future, they’ll screen, train and hire a more competent store manager than the woman that was there on Friday. honestly, if I could give zero stars for this store, I would.
