He had me come in 2 office visits and prescribed steroids each time,only spent literally 5 minutes with me each visit to access my arthritis. He cut me off when I tried to speak. Only looked at my blood test results and my hands for less than a minute. Wanted me to continue steroids another 3 weeks and come back. His office visits fees are outrageous and he said if my arthritis didn't get better then after next visit he would prescribe other meds. Horrible experience..will never go back to him. Very uncaring,and rude.

He dismissed all of her concerns, offered her no actual medical advice in dealing with the chronic pain associated with both diagnosis, and continually tried to prescribe her medication that she was unable to take and offered no alternatives. She is under 30 and his advice boiled down to take steroids when it’s really bad but only occasionally and suck it up.

His office staff is really nice and helpful as well. They are always friendly and have bright, positive attitudes. I highly recommend Dr. Kumar and Ocean Rheumatology!
