From the reception team to the doctor and the staff who fitted me for my Meta AI in Oakley glasses, every person I interacted with was patient, friendly, and genuinely customer-focused. They made five separate adjustments to my glasses until everything was absolutely perfect, and not once did anyone make me feel like an inconvenience. What impressed me even more was that no one ever pressured me to leave a review — their professionalism, kindness, and teamwork spoke for themselves. I don’t remember everyone’s names, but I can confidently say that from the manager and assistant manager to every team member who helped me, they were all exceptional. Each person was knowledgeable in their own way, and they communicated seamlessly as a team. No tension, no attitude — just a group of people who clearly love what they do and take pride in taking care of their customers. The entire experience made me feel like family, not just a customer.
