  The young man named Nick that helped me last week is one of the best workers I’ve ever had help me. He’s so kind and handsome and smart and knows his way around the store super well. Helped me find some test boosting supps that have helped me get back in the game if you know what I mean 😉

  Purchased two items for buy one get one. 20 servings each container. It is one day past return date and store wants $27 bucks to exchange it. The item is a solid block. Phone support says since my item is GNC branded it has to follow the GNC policy. Moral of story is don’t buy anything produced by GNC — they do not stand behind their products. I know if I purchased a C4 product, and GNC wouldn’t take it back, C4 would make it right. Store manager refused to waive the fee. Guy in store was great but this manager is awful and should probably run a garbage collection service in the parking lot where she would be more effective and do the right thing by consumers. Call center guy was a useless person too reading the store scrip on you are 1 day over the exchange period. Thank you for being a Pro Member, but there is nothing I can do. This GNC sucks, but I guess the company as a whole sucks. 10/10 do not recommend this company and especially do not recommend this location. Luckily there is a Vitamin Shoppe and JSS just down the street. I wish I didn’t just re-up my pro membership. Never returning to this customer unfriendly establishment.

  Fix the hours on Google drove to the store on Sunday and got to the store at 615pm when Google says they are open until 7, only to find the door locked.
