I had gotten a electra 7 hd wheelchair from them a little over a year ago an the motor was going. I brought in for repair an unfortunately the motor was going to be on back order for who knows how long an the wheelchair was barley working. They went above an beyond to help me get a replacement chair from the company. I picked up the chair yesterday not knowing it was going to be the newer model. They really care for their customers an I can not be be more greatful for all their help. I dont know what i would of done if it wasn't for them.
