  So I’m writing this on behalf of my mother-in-law had an appointment today…. Her appointment was scheduled and she showed up 10 minutes late. Meanwhile, as you must know, she has dementia Parkinson’s Congestive heart failure, and COPD… The facility that my mother is at which is the Bartley in Jackson said that they saw something a little off on her reports and suggested she get to the cardiologist As soon as possible, we got the appointment for today, January 8 . It takes a lot of energy and emotion to get To leave her facility. We had a wonderful Aid and a wonderful transport Driver and as we all know we had a little bit of snow which accumulated to about 2 inches and a lot of ice was still outside in front of the building from the facility and the best they could getting my mother into the van and being comfortable … Remember, she’s scared and out of her element. All of this takes time, especially with in climate weather.. My sister was there early to fill out And they just kept reminding her that my mother was not prompted on time for her appointment she would not be seen. 10 minutes after her arrival, which was later than the appointment the doctor denied to see her… All this time emotion and energy to get my mother out Facility was not even taken into The doctor himself would not even come out to evaluate my mother Instead sent the office manager to do his dirty work…. Have never in my life, witnessed such an uncompassionate staff and doctor. She’s a human being but more She is our mother who we we care about very much about and we had confidence that we would get some answers with this appointment .We were in total shock when we found out this doctor would not even take her appointment for literally 10 minutes late.. this is disgusting, heartless, and disrespectful. All of us have learned that when you go to a doctor, you sit in the waiting room for 30 minutes plus then going to that little room Comfortable table and then stay another 30 minutes before the doctor even shows up.. We get that that’s part of what a doctor’s appointment is, but this practice did has made me sick to my stomach.. Our poor mother was extremely distraught and confused and emotional! Therefore, I do not recommend this doctor or this practice at all 100% There’s no compassion obviously they’re in it for the money, also my mother being a on Medicare , There’s not a lot of money the state pay these doctors so they really don’t care about the elder. Extremely disappointed, discouraged, and sad about all of this. This isn’t the end of what I’m going to do. This is just one review. I hope everybody reads this and has Second guesses and have doubt about seeing this doctor. My wife is going to file a claim with the board of healthcare and I will stop at nothing until I get my point across about how just horrible this doctor is!

  At first I was ambivalent about him but he was in network and close, the ratings were not horrible. I was not very satisfied after stent work and follow ups by this practice but yet again my options were limited but NOW I walked out. I have no idea what made him comfortable enough to share his political views and it so happens I am diametrically opposed to them. Now he has crossed to the realm of not professional to reinforce my previous middle of the road impression of his ability. I wholeheartedly do NOT recommend this doctor or practice.

  I've been going to this group of Doctors for for 6 yrs!! This is an Awesome Group of Doctors!! Even the Staff is Awesome!! Friendly and Helpful!!! Dr. Chang is my Doctor! Dr. Chang was my 3rd and best Heart Doctor I've ever Had!! He know so much and helps you Understand and Know you Body More than Any Doctor I've Ever Had in my 70 yrs. The Nurses are so Super, Helpful and Make You Fell Comfortably!!
