  The office staff is nice, office is clean, appointment is on time and Dr. Clancy is very knowledgeable and patient.

  My mother has dementia, Parkinson’s, congestive heart failure and COPD and is in a nursing home. Her blood test levels were off so the nursing home made arrangements for her appointment a few weeks ago. My mother is wheelchair bound and is on oxygen so the nursing home had to arrange for transport from Jackson to Toms River. I was meeting them at the office. I got there early and completed her paperwork but the transport was 10 minutes late. Because the transport was late, they refused to take my mother! 10 minutes…not 30, not 60…10 minutes. I know I’ve waited over an hour for a doctor and so have all of you! My mother did not understand and thought she did something wrong. The transport was traumatic enough for a dementia patient and to not be seen for a 10 minute delay is unconscionable! They had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to reschedule the appointment but I would never take her back there for any reason! My mother is not long for this world and it would have been nice to get some help and a course of treatment so she can be comfortable for whatever time she has left. 10 minutes!!!

  At first I was ambivalent about him but he was in network and close, the ratings were not horrible. I was not very satisfied after stent work and follow ups by this practice but yet again my options were limited but NOW I walked out. I have no idea what made him comfortable enough to share his political views and it so happens I am diametrically opposed to them. Now he has crossed to the realm of not professional to reinforce my previous middle of the road impression of his ability. I wholeheartedly do NOT recommend this doctor or practice.

  I've been going to this group of Doctors for for 6 yrs!! This is an Awesome Group of Doctors!! Even the Staff is Awesome!! Friendly and Helpful!!! Dr. Chang is my Doctor! Dr. Chang was my 3rd and best Heart Doctor I've ever Had!! He know so much and helps you Understand and Know you Body More than Any Doctor I've Ever Had in my 70 yrs. The Nurses are so Super, Helpful and Make You Fell Comfortably!!
