Wow! Talk about unprofessional.. should we start with entering the back by the exam rooms to see the doc with his feet up on desk and on his phone? Or the doc coming in and standing 3 feet away, saying you have a uti still…..not asking of allergies or what I was currently on for it. He says one and I said I have an allergy to that, he throws another out to try and says ok, for 2 weeks. Even after saying I was scared it was going into my kidney he never even came within an arm’s length. I mentioned my throat was hurting as well and he literally stood far back and used his phone flashlight to check. Like come on, is this person fr? I have bad anxiety that is worsened by medical issues and I got this unprofessional, dirty looking ‘doctor’ treating me? I went there because there was an on site lab, yet it was run thru a dipstick I use at home. RUN RUN!! What a joke. I fr think this was a guy they found on route 10 and asked if he wanted to play doctor for the day

Quick service on a holiday. Unfortunately the PA was incorrect in his diagnosis and I wound up taking my son to a podiatrist today, he had an infected ingrown toenail that needed to be removed and placed on antibiotic. When I asked the PA for an oral antibiotic he told me it wasn’t necessary. Unfortunately was a waste of time and a copay.

Incredibly disappointed in the care, or lack there of, received at AFC last week. I went to the urgent care after three days of extreme abdominal pain. While the check-in process was very smooth and efficient, and the front desk staff very helpful, I must have disturbed the doctors lunch break. After explaining to the nurse my symptoms, the doctor did not even enter the examining room. He stood in the doorway, told me I must have indigestion and that there was nothing he could do for me. After again explaining to him how much pain I was in he reluctantly prescribed me an antacid. Three days later after continued abdominal pain I went to the ER and was told I needed to have emergency gallbladder removal surgery. Should that urgent care doctor have even bothered to look at me from closer than the doorway, he may have been able to tell me that, or at least point me in the right direction. So I am sorry to have to disturbed the doctors lunch break, but at least the office got to charge me an exorbitant amount for popping his head in.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I went to urgent care with a serious respiratory infection, high fever, and severe throat and chest pain. I specifically asked for something to help manage the pain immediately, and the provider repeatedly told me they sent a prescription to my pharmacy. What they failed to check—or care about—was that my pharmacy was already CLOSED. So now I’m sitting here in intense pain, with no medication, no relief, and no support, because of their lack of basic attention to detail. When someone is clearly suffering, the least you can do is make sure they can actually access the medication you’re prescribing. Completely careless and frustrating. Do better.

I came in because my wife thought that she had carbon monoxide poisoning. We were taken back within a reasonable time. The nurse didn’t check my wife’s ears for an ear infection or check her tonsils. The doctor said that it could be stress and that she should go to the ER if she was worried. My wife went home and took her temperature and it ended up being 101. We weren’t told that she had a fever! Stress doesn’t cause fevers. We’ve been to this clinic before and never had problems. People are looking for answers when they see doctors. Very disappointed.
