The best experience I have had in a very long time. The salesperson was lovely and very engaged helping me pick, not one, but two eyeglasses. My first time there and I will return.

Louis has been taking care of us for about 15 years. He is extremely kind and very knowledgeable about everything related to glasses. He always helps us choose the right frames, and we learn something new every time we visit. Thanks to him, our family has always received excellent guidance in selecting and properly adjusting our glasses. We can 100% recommend this store because of Louis.

So I had to get a new glasses after 1 year because my lens were scratched on the in side .Keep in mind I was out of the warranty window but as a regular customer I taught I would that they would put that into consideration but no . Keep in mind I take care of glasses and keep in the case at night .the first time I went in a few days ago they guy told me that the film that darkens when the sun is out was peeling and nothing can be done so I did order a new pair however when I went the second time they said it’s scratched on the inside and ask me what happened as if I knew exactly knew what took place .l felt I wasn’t treated fairly so $1100. In a year .

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
