    This place is the worst they help me wait a half an hour to tell me that three more people is in front of me after my appointment was for a certain time unprofessional. Please do not come to this Quest Diagnostic terrible terrible with time.

    Went today to take my mom in for bloodwork. We had an appointment and were taken in on time. The phlebotomist was friendly and caring. I didn’t catch her name, she was Indian. She even wished my mom a happy birthday. These small details matter many times when you go to places like this people are very indifferent. I would highly recommend this location. It was our first time too.

    Quest locations are chronically understaffed. This visit, I was called in 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. If everyone who visits Quest in a day has to wait 25 minutes, that is a colossal waste of time for all.

    I had a scheduled appointment at 1:10 PM but was not called back until 1:45 PM, despite the board indicating that 0 patients were being seen. The technician assigned to me was courteous and professional; however, the overall experience was negatively impacted by another staff member. During my appointment, a different technician repeatedly entered the room to ask my assigned tech questions about other patients and to discuss several blood vials she was carrying. This created clear distractions and caused difficulty for the technician assisting me, as he struggled to enter my information and testing details into the system while being interrupted. I also found it concerning and unprofessional that a staff member was walking around with blood samples in hand while patients were present. This raised questions about proper handling procedures and overall safety. When I asked for the second technician’s name, she covered her badge and stated, “I am not giving you my name.” I found this response extremely unprofessional. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and unprofessional, which was disappointing.
