  I’ve been a loyal customer here for years, spending plenty of money. Recently, I purchased a $42 box of Wheybolic protein drinks—both bottles I tried had chunks of goo floating inside and made me feel sick. When I returned, the clerk refused to refund me. They could have done the right thing, like any honest business would. I work in retail, and I would never refuse a customer under those circumstances. It’s a matter of basic integrity, honesty, and doing right by the people without whom you wouldn’t have a business—especially when you’ve sold them a defective product. They literally exchanged a future lifetime of purchases and loyalty just to screw me over on one bad $42 item. I live 5 minutes away and even work out next door. From now on, I will never buy anything here again, even if I have to drive further. Very sad. Even Amazon will return any product you buy and take it back without a hassle and so do other local businesses. I tried to support a local business that I knew was a franchise-owned, thought I was doing the right thing. In the end, I got burned. Lesson learned. From now on, I will buy from Amazon or other local businesses who respect their customers and would have the decency of refunding your money if they sold you a spoiled product. I would encourage anyone reading this review to do the same.

  I walked in I’m not new to the gym I’ve done multiple weight loss journeys and I’ve done multiple bulking journeys. I’ve always played a sport but recently due to work and school it’s been harder. Now with that being said I’ve never tried supplements. I thought it I’d give it a try the man was Mike he helped me with my 1,000 questions and did not lose his patience with me and always answered my question big shout out to Mike 10/10 experience.
