- CSCatherine SteersNov 6, 20251.0I just called there because I received a message stating I had a prescription there. I am not remotely from that area so naturally I was concerned and just wanted to investigate and make sure there wasn’t fraudulent stuff under my name since I live down the shore and no where near South Orange. I was very noce on the phone and like I said, I just wanted clarification. The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude, nadty, amd unprofessional. There was no reason fir her to become defensive and as a psychotherapist, I would suggest she look into speaking woth someone for those anger issues. She should not be workingnin a pharmacy. It turns out it was error on doctor, but again, Inthjnk anyone woild naturally inquire if they received a call that a script was ready in an area that they never lived or close to living. This woman needs to be represented and perhaps take some customer skills. If she barked at me for ansking a simple question, I can’t imagine how she treats customers.
