She calls out problems that realistically are not even problems as other members have been okay with the way I do things. It feels like a personal attack each time or there’s something going on with her personal life but I recommend that she is let go and she can get a job when she has a better mentality. The moto is judgment free zone but it doesn’t come like that. To protect your brand I highly suggest better training and more in depth checks on your staff thank you

The young man who gave me the tour was great but I didn't join bc of this women. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Every where we walked around the gym she was staring at me. I'm wanted to join to get healthy but apparently I must have looked like a circus freak the way she was watching me. I joined power house gym instead

When I’ve called to speak to her about this issue, she just puts one of her employees on the phone to say she will get back to me, and never it. Does. I Have tons of proof of my attempts to speak to her and the two times. I’ve spoken to her. She’s been extremely rude. At this point, I’m ready to take legal action due to all this
