  I’ve been going to Carbon Health for a few years now. I must say every time I’ve been there I’ve been met with care and incredibly knowledgeable doctors. Today March 8, 2026 I had to go in because I had an earache. The doctor’s name who assisted me today was Trisha and her assistant was Angie. They were not only able to assist me with my problem but also related with me because I have little ears and everything is so sensitive. Trisha had little ears as well and was super understanding. She even suggested an earbud that would work well with my little ears. I am very grateful for the knowledge relatability and quick service they provided today!

  I’ve been here a few times and recently came in for mastitis. The first doctor I saw was amazing I’m very thankful she prescribed the right antibiotics and took great care of me. A few days later I returned for a follow-up with a different doctor. While I was feeling better and my fever had gone away, I was still having pain. The visit felt very brief and a bit dismissive. I had to ask if she could physically examine me, as she wasn’t originally planning to. When she did check, the exam felt very quick and barely like an examination. I was also told the follow-up would be cheaper than the initial visit. I already felt the follow-up didn’t justify the $155 charge, and now receiving an additional $30 bill has left me feeling disappointed with the overall experience.

  Triscia the PA was incredibly rude to me, making comments about how due to my age I should have a thermometer at home. You should never insinuate someone’s financial or socio-economic status. Made a rude comment about how it was hard to deal with my 2 layers — mind you its Winter and I am sick. I was so taken aback by her rude tone and disingenuous attitude, I was brought to tears by the time the WONDERFUL medical assistant came into my room. The medical assistants, Sheba & Angie, were absolutely wonderful. Kind. Warm. Welcoming. I would never come back if Triscia was the only provider available.

  This place is so cute and organized, staff were very lovely and welcoming ❤️ Felt taken care of 🥰 Definitely would recommend coming here for any emergency you need
