  Lazy slow staff. Have been waiting for 2 hours. I came first and they are entertaining others who came after. Lunch breaks are not mentioned anywhere and they are closed 1-2

  It was an amazing experience. I was happy to see the representation with the all female, black crew. Everyone was attentive and respectful.

  I was impressed with how clean the establishment was how and well informed the staff was I was seen in a timely manner even without an appointment they were all kind and respectful to my needs they get a 10 and I would definitely recommend them. Thank you staff!

  This place gave me the worst manicure ever! It’s ok, though, because, instead, I got such quick, surprisingly pain-free help with a horrifying splinter caught under my nail. I came in terrified, but the PA on duty was up to the challenge and solved the problem with such joyful chair-side manner.

  I booked an appointment on a Thursday evening as I've been dealing with pain for a few days. This is something I have experienced before therefore I know what helps in situations like this. Trish Walsh came into the room, completely disregarded everything I had to say (she even had the audacity to shake her head at me while I was attempting to explain the situation I was in), tried to gaslight me into thinking the pain I was in was caused by something completely unrelated and was extremely condescending the entire appointment. If I had known I would have to be seen by a provider with absolutely zero bedside manner I would have delt with the debilitating pain I was in. It would have been better than the experience I had with Trish Walsh. The only redeeming quality was the woman at the front desk, she was very kind and understanding.
